How Our Journey Began

Talks About Triumphs Corp grew out of Penny Rosbor's classroom injury, her CRPS diagnosis, and her battles with PTSD and depression, becoming a nonprofit that walks beside others in similar pain.

Who We Walk Beside

We focus on veterans, their families, caregivers, and anyone living with chronic pain or rare conditions like CRPS, offering information, navigation, and referrals so people are not left fighting alone.

Our Values In Action

As a Black-owned, female-owned, family-run nonprofit, we honor every voice, use the T.A.L.K.S. framework, and blend lived experience with professional training to create practical, hope-filled next steps.

Meet Our Founder Penny

Penny Rosbor turned a life-changing classroom injury into a mission to walk beside others in pain. As a former K-12 educator and school administrator, she knows what it means to show up for people every single day. After that injury, she was diagnosed with CRPS, PTSD, and treatment resistant depression, and she felt the same fear, confusion, and loneliness many of our visitors carry right now.

Penny brings training in mental health and school counseling, plus health coaching, and is connected with groups like NAMI and AMHCA. She pairs that knowledge with lived experience to offer real understanding, clear information, and practical next steps.

She knows what it is like to feel dismissed, exhausted, and unsure where to turn, and she turns that experience into practical guidance, referrals, and encouragement. As a Black, female founder and NAMI and AMHCA member, Penny centers veterans, families, and rare-disease warriors who need someone who truly understands.
